This review is for the Velvor 4500 lb electric winch. Review date is 12/23. OK, granted, the winch is being operated in a manor that's not even close to what it's rated at. The winch is not being used for pulling downed timber up the side of a cliff, nor is the winch being used to jerk a stuck vehicle out of the mud, or a snowbank. The winch is being used to raise and lower a 60' antenna tower, and has do so trouble free for quite awhile now. The winch seems well made, for what it cost. Personally, I think that winches like this all come off of the same assembly line with the only difference being the color and the name that's attached. But that's just my opinion, which nothing. Would I buy it again? Probably not, only because I've since found a model with a larger motor for about the same cost.
