Works good with my stupidity
I went off roading had to pull a dead tree off the trail so we can pass. I did have an issue but it was dead controller battery so store the battery out side of the controller in a baggie with it. Because the controller was getting it buttons pushed in the bag with my recovery gear and killed the little battery it didn’t even have a chance. And yes it worked before I tested it after I installed it on my jeep jk.

Works great
Figured for the price I would try it compared to the badlands one at almost half the price. Let's just say it works great so far the wireless remote is great when loading cars by myself, "I use it for my car hauler). Only thing I didn't care for is it is very loud compared to my old badlands I had that died. But for me that's the only downside. So far I've used to for a couple cars and a 99 250 and a 95 f350 dually diesel with a steel snoplow and it did it idk what the wieght was but I highly reccomend for the money.

Great for the money
I recommend this company for the majority of their products. This is my first time buying their off road stuff but the winch is solid. Words like a champ pulling my 2021 jeep gladiator rubicon. An easy to install. I had issues only because of my aftermarket bumper. Cables are well insulated, connections are solid and straight forward. Only downside is the 45 degree control box angle bracket. A 90 degree or even flat bracket would have been nice. If they provided a few different bracket options it would be awesome. But in my experience most people have a personal preference on how they like to mount their control box. Galvanized steel brackets from the hardware store are cheap and can easily be drilled to accommodate any preference. I would recommend for sure.

Glad I went with 13,000 lb
I compared a lot of different winches starting at 6,000 lb which you would think is enough for most cars and trucks. I drive a 4 door f150 and at the junk yard on the way out it’s under 6k. After checking brands, weight ratings and features it just made sense to buy the Vevor 13k here. It really isn’t that much more expensive than a 6. Features I like are the synthetic cable. I don’t know how many manual come-a-longs I have destroyed and the steel cable fraying and piercing your fingers. I know, don’t tell me about gloves. The remote control worked right out of the box perfectly. The only problem I encountered and I don’t know if it will repeat next time I use it, when you disengage the spool to pull the cable out, I couldn’t pull everything wound up out. I had to engage the spool and assist the cable coming off with use of reverse. Small problem. I ordered a 1/4” steel plate to bolt to the trailer rail and mounted the winch. Necessary bolts for the winch are included. The car I loaded with my first pull was a unibody gm with the front off and the rear wheels and tires on. The car abruptly had to move from one body shop to another due to a death. The whole back half of the car was on a homemade cradle with cheap casters. We tore two casters off loading the car and had plenty of unnecessary resistance to the pull of the winch motor. Winch never even made any lagging noise in the motor. I have purchased other Vevor products (at first because they have the best price) and have come to trust their quality!
