Haven't used it alot but it works well when I do. The trailer is in storage now. If I remember correctly, on I purchased it for around 100.00. And it is well worth that in my opinion.

Used twice! Easy installation. Quieter than one I replaced. If it holds up, great price. Seems to be built good. Will update after a year or two.

Does exactly what it's expected to do. Super Easy to install (3 bolts & 3 wires). Only complaint is that it's a bit slow. I wish it had a dual gear setup so you could have a slow/fast lift or retraction. I liked that the extension pole that comes down has multiple different height adjustments so you don't have to fully extend/retract every time. You can just pull the pin and adjust accordingly. Due to the height of the unit, I'm not able to let me tailgate down all the way while still attached to the trailer.

I installed 2 of these and with included instructions installation was fairly easy. They work good for the price!! They are kinda slow going up/down ...but I am holding a button...not turning a handle constantly!! I'm retired so I can wait for the 12V DC power to do its job and not ME!!

I purchased this jack to replace another damaged one. This jack is about $30 cheaper than the previous one, but has heavier wiring, and includes a protective cover. The fuse on the power cable is even a better type and located in a more accessible place. Haven't finished the install yet, but seems impressive!

I installed this jack on my 16' car hauler and it works great. Attached red wire to 12V Aux pin and the black wire to the GND pin on my 7-pin trailer plug. All I have to do now is plug in my trailer plug to easily raise and lower my trailer tongue. I did have to rotate the jack so the switches face the passenger side of the vehicle to get clearance for my tailgate (2015 Silverado 2500). Should definitely have bought it sooner.
