Ok this review is going to be a bit odd. I ordered, it arrived, set it up, used it once, then it broke. There are large snap rings holding the motor/bearing portion in the center of the wheel. When I used it to move my trailer out, it worked fine. When I went to put the trailer away, I heard a loud CLICK and then it sounded like grinding metal. I inspected and found that the snap ring was popped out of its groove, and the whole motor/bearing portion was no longer centered in the tire, and it was grinding metal on metal against the channel where the wheel sits. I’m a very capable mechanic but without disassembling the whole wheel/motor, there is no access to reinstall the snap ring. I contacted customer service and asked them to send a new unit and I would send the old one back. They offered me a $20 refund. I told them this was unacceptable. They offered a $30 refund. Again, I told them this was unacceptable. It took a full week of back and forth before they finally agreed to send a replacement unit. Now, the second one arrived and I made sure the snap ring was fully engaged in its groove. I’ve used it 5-6 times with no issues. The dolly actually works great, makes it super easy to move my trailer around the driveway. I have a 20ft auto trailer, dual axle, and you have to turn it a full 90* to get it into its parking space. It would take 2-3 people pushing to get this task done, and it was always a chore. Now with the electric dolly, one person can do the job without breaking a sweat. I love this dolly and wish I had known about it years ago.

Simply rotate the lifting handle gently to easily achieve adjustment.

It works well... as described. The price was great. It moves slow, but not an issue with short distances. It doesn't do well on the driveway edge (bump), but worked with a thin board to transition. The mounting bracket is very solid, so ignore prior reviews that were negative (maybe they improved it). Directions were poor, and it was difficult to know what type of battery to use. I bought a 12 Volt / 35 Amp. Hr. Deep Cycle AGM Motorcycle Battery (not a full-size car battery) for $75 on Amazon, and it works great. I recommend it.
