WE use hoists like this to raise and lower tig welding machines from davit arms, and these hoists are great for this purpose and have a long lifting cable drop so we can have the hoist up over head height when the machines are raised. Only thing is, the control cable to the up/down switch is way too short, and strangely so. All these hoists have too short a control cable, it needs to be at LEAST 1-1.5m longer to be properly functional. ALL brands of these hoists have control cables that are unusably short for real-world use, and we find we need a short step ladder to reach the controls which adds risk to their use.

Solid built out of steel which is what was expected. No issues found with the manufacturing or other.

Well, if you frequently use push trolleys, I have a reason to recommend you to VEVOR. I’ve been using this VEVOR Electric push trolley for months and, guess what, yes! You’re right. Trolley system is very well built and great quality. Works great for the design I fabricated for my hoist. Only issue was the I had to buy longer bolts to mount it to my hoist. Would definitely recommend. Here are some of the reasons why I’d recommend you to get one. a. Compatibility. Nothing beats compatibility in the workspace! This hoist manual trolley with PA200, PA250, PA300, PA400, and PA500 connections. Leave the rest to it. It can be used in any environment too. b. Quick installation. Talk about that hassle-free setup against that steel! That has saved me a lot of time. c. Built to last. Of course, VEVOR’s Hoist Manual Trolley is built from tough alloy steel it will endure the beating. The wheels are pretty firm too! d. Name it.

This Trolley works well once you get it adjusted. The flat washers that come with it are good for the inside spacing but are a bit large for the threaded ends and so you need to purchase some metric flat washers which are a bit smaller in order to keep the castle nut out far enough, so the cotter pin works as it should to keep the nut in place and the trolley just tight enough for everything to keep moving freely.

This trolley is a lifesaver when lifting heavy equipment. The adjustable beam flange lets you fit equipment of any size, and its weight capacity is simply amazing!

You can't beat this hoist trolley for its price! I'm still amazed by its build quality. Definitely a bargain!
