We used this for a block party, and it was very easy for anyone to use, it made tons of cotton candy all day long. I was concerned because some reviewers mentioned that you need the dome, but without a dome, we made plenty of cotton candy outdoors, I could see where if used indoor you want the dome to contain any stray sugar floss. It was easy to disassemble and clean with just my hose and some paper towels to wipe the mechanical area. Previously, we rented a cotton candy machine for parties, and I barely paid more to own this than I used to pay for a one day rental.. I highly recommend this, and if something happened to it, I would not hesitate to buy it again.

Shipping was pretty awesome and fast nothing was damaged thank God because some of the reviews we're not good on other machines. I've used my machine once so far for a party at a park its also light weight and it ran pretty good. I just have to get the hang of it. Thank you. I will be back in a future. I allowed cooling time every 40 mins for a 10 min cooling.

My wife uses this cotton candy machine routinely for her small business and loves it and so far it's about a year old and hasn't given her any problems even though she had to figure out exactly how to correctly spin the candy! Lol

This cotton candy machine is just perfect. It heats up fast it makes gigantic fluffy cotton candy treats as good as any I've ever had. It was easy to set up and assemble, and is pretty easy to clean too. Our guests love it and they can't believe we have our own cotton candy machine at home.

I’ve always loved cotton candy since I was a kid and now I have my own machine! Soooo much fun!! It’s really exceeded my expectations. Professional quality for sure, Super easy to use, makes cotton candy as fast as you can twirl it onto the stick, add more floss and again.. cotton candy instantly. Complete a large cotton candy in 30 seconds or less. Cleans up easy. I didn’t buy one but I would recommend the dome to keep sugar/floss from floating into the air. I’d give this 5 out of 5 stars in all categories. . 👍🏼♥️

Seems to work great and not too hard to clean. Takes a bit to get it down but you can make some great cotton candy with it once you get the hang of it. Sturdy, and not too heavy. It does spit sugar out so I would recommend getting the bubble cover or you will have sugar everywhere.

Great product! As advertised. Kids love it! User friendly. Commercial type product, way better than those toys u find at retail stores
