I have used a few different types of cotton candy machine for my markets and events and this is the machine I keep coming back to. It is user friendly, easy to clean and the output is quite impressive. It is not an industrial level standard for use, but for small markets and events, this is the perfect stage of equipment for the production need. I highly recommend this cotton candy for the "in between" needs. Not your typical kitchen counter family use but not the P.N.E. level..Somewhere just in between, is perfect.

I LOVE this cotton candy machine. It is so easy to use as well as easy to clean. It was much bigger than I had expected.....this thing is hugh!!!!! Me and my grandkids have made about 10 batches of cotton candy so far. It is a blast and taste just like the fair. I definitely recommend this cotton candy machine.

I love this machine as do my children and grandchildren. I had purchased a small cotton candy machine but it would take at least 10 minutes to spin just a small about of cotton candy so I decided to give this one try. Once this machine is hot it immediately dispenses the skin sugar, no one has to wait for their cotton candy anymore. It is so much fun that we decided to do a carnival themed family reunion so everyone can enjoy it. I definitely recommend this item!!

I love this machine! It’s super easy to assemble, use, clean, and take apart. This makes cotton candy so fast! It’s always a hit at my kiddo’s parties!

I purchased this machine for a school event. It was a big hit, but I was very concerned about it breaking down since there were so many bad reviews. I am vigilant about giving the machine enough time to cool (20mins) every 45 mins. I prepped prepackaged bags the night before, so that kids had something to take away if the machine was resting. I clean the machine meticulously and I watched several videos on youtube about general Floss Machines to make sure I knew how to run it (instructions are crap and written by a foreigner in another country). The machine is running well and although I had a minor problem with it, customer service was quick to respond when I contacted them about 50 days after receipt. It's a good entree level machine for events, where the owner can be attentive to it's proper use. I'll review again if the machine breaks down.

I wouldn't even want to try to make cotton candy without this bubble. It is a game changer.

Idiot user. Didn't see the power cord in the drawer. Have had this out for several big celebration type events - serving 50 to 100 servings, if not more each time. No issues. Has held up nicely.

I'm so glad I spent the extra money for a good quality machine. This only takes seconds to give big fluffy cotton candy to the many kids we have coming to our summer barbecues. We don't order any special cotton candy powder, just mix kool-aid powder with plain white sugar. It comes out great!
