We love it and easy to use would suggest getting the dome for the top

Works great . The only thing is the instructions were not that clear but YouTube videos helped

The person was really nice and said that they could give me a refund, I might buy from in the future.The first machine I got, had a tilted head so the "Fins" scraped the metal, they sent out another one but this one is not as good, the metal bowl came with a lot of dents in it. The voltmeter/heat index stays in one spot. I am hoping I can send one back and get a refund.

Absolutely love it! Simple to use. I have never made cotton candy and this is sooo easy1 I did purchase a bubble top to go with it and glad I did, because strands of candy are floating around without it. Bought it because I have 7 grands ages 8 and under; not for commercial use but it would work for a festival, carnival, etc. I also purchased the link belt that goes around, and will try it next time without it. It seemed to cause a lot of sugar to build up on it. I had all of the supplies, cones, several flossing sugars, and even bought cotton candy bags. I made 6 bags of candy yesterday after the grands had their fill. Carried the bags to work as a treat for some employees; they thought I had bought it!

AMAZING MACHINE !! I have used this in three different vendor booth events serving 150-300 people. Have had no issues and is easy to clean.

Awesome completely amazing the kids love it. I just would add that you should spend the extra money to get the dome lid. I will be buying one soon

Be ready as the cotton candy comes on quick!!! Much easier than smaller models.
