It works well but there was an issue with the screws for the legs. They didn’t match the thread in the base and it took a bit of work getting them to work. It will be a matter of seeing how long the surface material lasts as it’s showing some discolouration from the element. But overall it was a big hit with our guests.

Quick delivery, very easy website to use, item was well packaged and came with everything plus more than we expected! Great BBQ hot plate, cool design and good quality. Works very well. Only flaw is there is no fat drip trays for the edges like in other models I've previously had

I just received the product and it feels great after using it. It heats up quickly and is easy to use. I like it.

Good for small group (3-4) of people.It is amazing for Korean bbq. Utensils provided are not in good quality. (They are like toys) but it is not a big deal.

Pro: easy to setup and works very well. Cons: the foot cant be attached difficult to remove the screws. Suggestion: use one part at a time. If use both bowl and grill at the same time might create an outage.

The only issue I’ve found, is that there is ONLY 1 grease tray to use in 3 places, therefore you can only use 1 section at a time. There is also no option to buy more grease trays separately

we have used this inside and outside. absolutely brilliant if you want to cook several thing at a different temperature.

We enjoy the hot pot and grill combination very much. One of the handles broke off and I am wondering if it is possible to get a replacement?It doesn’t affect the function of the unit, but we must let it cool off before we can take it to the sink and wash it.
