Very heavy duty, good 2 sided tape for mounting/sealing but does take off a small amount of paint when removed. Magnetic closure works well and is much better than zipper type closure - which many times does not get zipped closed after repeated entry/exit. Had to mount one curtain in a hallway, not a normal door entry application and certainly needed the push pins included to make the curtain mounting at ceiling more secure - since much heavier duty than other closures.

Went up fast and mitigated the dust from cutting concrete well enough and comes with more than enough plastic sheeting.

Bought this to screen my bedroom from my ensuite bathroom when it was being refitted and it did the job perfectly. Reduced dust getting everywhere and very durable - did not tear.
