The overall quality of this trailer is amazing considering the price compared to other models out there. Unfortunately, even though the package arrived undamaged, several of the orange painted rails had paint chips. I wrote to Vevor and they quickly responded with a credit for the damage. I'm very happy with the purchase and the trailer.

Trailer is a ease to put together. Actually bigger than I thought. Only problem I had is the packing. When I took the parts out of the box, I noticed several chips in the paint. I leave that to the poor packing material used as things were able to freely move around in the box. But other than that, the trailer is just what I expected and more.

Recently purchased Vevor's Heavy Duty Steel ATV Dump Trailer in hopes to make grounds debris removal much easier. This is the Pacific northwest Cascades rain forest and everything grows plus still removing downed limbs from April fools and mid April twin surprise twin "2" foot+ wet heavy snowfalls two years ago. The trailer, Arrived fast and very well packed, heavy stout quality. It was likely that heavy steel quality that had allowed one wheel to shift in transport damaging the sidewall of the lawn friendly mounted tire. It's a well thought out little trailer. Solution from Vevor's support team was swift to the point it feels too generous. A split sidewall. I called and spoke to knowledgeable customer service representatives that were also genuinely patient and kind. Every occasion I've had reason to call, usually for some nerdy almost pedantic pre-sale clarification, minute details ...make/model compatible upgrades to industrial sewing studio... to product details, tracking details, or susing out enough specifications to feel confident a design hack using industrial kitchen equipment will be successful. Every occasion to call Vevor's customer support team has been helpful and a pleasant experience and Impressive when you consider the scale of the industries and products that make Vevor. Think about that for a moment, it has been my experience, every occasion I've needed a humans ability to understand, clarify, and calm....Vevor has that... they actually prefer you use that thing in your hand called a phone as a phone. Vevor customer support are humans that in my experience have every time represented Vevor exceptionally well. If you are fortunate to find this well made popular utility trailer in stock and you have need for one I recommend you don't hesitate as I did to go have a think... pounce. If you do hesitate and it's sold out by the time I came back from the kitchen, I can verify the "would you like to be notified when back in stock" feature works.... embarrassingly I had to ask to be notified twice.

The cart was easy to assemble; about half an hour with the right tools. My only complaint is it wasn't packed very well and some paint chipped off of the rails and cart top during shipment. However, I did not ding it a star for this because I undoubtedly will chip more paint off when I use it. But, the packaging should be improved. The box is very heavy, so you will need help moving it. I moved mine into my garage by myself using a hand truck. The first time I used it I loaded on four large logs and the tires did not compress at all. With cheaper carts the tires would be almost flat with such a load. The tires come pre-inflated and the axels come pre-greased, little details that make the assembly much easier. The instructions have pictures only, with no explanations. I recommend you leave most bolts untightened until each section has been assembled. The mesh floor is good for letting debris fall through, but I cut a piece of plywood for the floor so I could slide the logs out more easily. I am extremely happy with my purchase and would not hesitate to buy this cart again.
