Fault was with me, not the drawer slide. I ruined the first set cause I didn't know what I was doing and I didn't fully read the directions.Once I read the directions and built the drawers to the proper size these worked great.
Purchased a few of these and all of them that I installed have worked great. Great bang for your buck (especially when you buy them in bulk). Highly recommend.
I love the soft close. No more shutting the drawers hard. I would buy them again and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for drawer slides.
It is really good customer service, I reported the hardware issue and I was able to get the hardware and items immediately. I appreciate this vendor ... I am happy
