First Job the cable tangled up in cannister. I cannot get out or back in. I was working in a very tight area and the drain had a lot of turns in it. It was a nightmare. I worked 7 hrs and never got the drain opened. It was a kitchen.

our plumbing company purchased 2 of these drain augers to compare them to the similar more expensive rigid version. They work great and are basically the same for 1/2 price

Got this unit and try to use after one week . Will not go forward after about 60 feet . We try to reverse it back !! 1/2 wire got all twisted and will not reverse , we managed to push back manually and packed it . Try to return it but way they ask to return is very hard . Will not recommend .

Broke the first time we used it the cable is not strong enough bound up and bent the cable. We will have to order another one but don't want to as it was not worth it the first time. Price was okay but Will never order a Vevor product ever again last few things were not good for what we use it for................................................................................................

The 1/2 inch, 100 foot drain auger is heavy and not easy to use and the attachments are not as I expected. The instructions are basic and I have to look fmat YouTube videos to sort things out.

The package was delivered torn, dented, and open. It wasn't put on the porch but beside my house, where anyone could have taken it. The Drain Auger was scratched everywhere. He won't know if it works until he plugs it in and tries it. I'm furious about this. If it doesn't work this is getting sent back. He wanted this too. FedEx never treats us poorly. This is a first, although we've never received a delivery on a Sunday. Our guy wasn't the one who delivered this. We'll let you know how things go. And I'm calling tomorrow, about this payment business. When we signed up it was our understanding we had 4 months, not 8 weeks. Boy, they love to change things after the fact. Gonna need to sell something to pay for this.

You have asked me for review this drain cleaner and here it is. I cannot use a product that is supplied with a wrong power plug and draws what seems to be by specs on drain cleaner testing unit close to 13Ah. Now I have to pay an electrician another $100-150(and it is price if I am lucky) to change a plug before I can even try to use it. You have convinced me you are a good brand and you can be trusted because I have purchased your fingerprint lock. It is great and working as expected. However after purchasing your drain cleaner and getting screwed up with something as simple as a power plug I am not so sure I will trust you again. Think what you are doing to your customers next time or you will loose all of them.

I usually need my sewer hydrojetted twice yearly due to an old sewer line and invasive roots. I've used this Snake machine once, so it's already paid for itself. Easy to use!

Drain auger binds up in drum on every use, spoke to vevor about it and they said it's operator error. I have ran other drain augers and haven't had this problem. Bought it because it was cheap and now appears because it's cheaply made. Skip this one and just get a rigid k400. Disappointed
