Great drain cleaner for home use

Was skeptical at first and never operated a machine like this. Was fairly easy to operate but watch your hands for sure. Machine has torque and worked great for residential sewer clog. Only issue is my sewer line is over 100 feet out to the city sewer line so I need to put in a clean out halfway to this machine will be able to reach any clog or roots. Less than the cost of a plumber showing up for sure. Will use for years to come.

Worked great until I expended about 50 feet of cable and ran into a snag, when assembled they caught part of the cable under the drum. Wouldn't feed past or retract. Took it apart , freed the cable up, worked great after. They gave a refund of enough to pay for the time it took to repair. I'm happy, it works great. All is good.

I’m pleased with the product it does the job for me. Although part of the snake line was bent and I had to cut about 20’ off. I need to find a quick repair kit to replace the attachment parts.

The drain cleaner is decent for the money. My problem is that you can't get anybody on the phone to talk to about anything. I've never not known a company not to have a main phone number for contact. I don't want to text with whoever. I wanted to talk to a real person on the phone. To explain to them all they had was the 75-ft line and I wanted to know if they could exchange it for a hundred foot because they didn't have none of those machines available at the time. It looks like the drum for the 75 is the same size as the hundred foot drum. All I wanted to do was to talk with someone and see about getting exchanged. After no help with texting with whoever on the phone I was done with this company I will not buy another thing from them because I got no help.

Assembly required Loctite because the bolts kept coming loose!!! No spare parts available to keep around. Ended up using parts from more popular machines to fix things that broke.
