I want to give a good review because overall the machine did what it should. The cable was twisted when I bought it they sent me a brand new one.

I ordered the 75ft by 1/2 inch drain cleaner and received 100ft by 3/8 inch. The box it came in was labeled correctly just what was inside was wrong from factory. Customer support was extremely helpful. It did take awhile to resolve my issue but i am 100% satisfied.

Definitely not premium quality. Seems to work okay but included cutters are useless; all bent on first use. Not acceptable!

It's difficult to get it to power up, but once started it works fine. I don't know what the problem is, but the red power light is very slow at showing power is on. When I first tested the unit the power light would not glow. A few days ago, when I actually went to use the unit, I spent about 45 minutes trying to it to power on. But once I finally got it to power on it did an adequate job. It did open my main sewer drain.

Overall the cleaner seems durable and well built it n looks very good for such a tool . It’s heavy as expected you really need to buy one with wheels otherwise your backs going to suffer. Thus unit had no tool tray do I had to make my own , not a deal breaker but it shows one in the manual , but not on the actual website so I may overlooked the obvious. It’s really quiet considering what. It’s used for , the durability of the future I’m. It sure of since I just have gotten this machine. I do expect it to last many years as I’m not a big user , maybe a few times a year since I’m on a septic tank .I do like the auto feed of the cable It works quite well , the 1/2 cable should be stout enough for the clogs I’ll encounter. I only bought 50 ft , I will likely buy 100 ft cable since I can exchange this for really long drains outside my house and the price is much better on vevor than anyone else . I did get a better profit machine on here than a big box store. Shipping for me came by fedex in two days time . If your in the fence and your drain is giving you a lot of headaches I personally think it’s worth the money to not worry about the future clogs your likely to get .
