This machine paid for itself on the first project. I do suggest using the spear nose first before the other attachments. Using the others first , could cause cable grab and bind up. Spearhead works is way through the toughest blocks. A little heavy to carry....but....works very well!

I got sick of paying a plumber and bought this. Hadn’t ever used one before. It took a bit to truly get a feel for it but having used it a couple times now I’m really comfortable using it. The small spade tool worked wonders on our mainline. Able to clear some roots with the cutters and the spiral. The gloves that come with it will get caught in the wire so I recommend not even using them. Use a pair of leather work gloves, it allows the wire to spin smoothly without getting wrapped up. This is a heavy piece of equipment so take that into consideration 4 stars instead of 5 because of the gloves. The company would be better off not even including them. Accident waiting to happen.

A great machine overall. Good price, powerful, reliable, and can get the tough job done. One safety warning is that watch out when operate and never let the cable twist your glove, which in turn will twist your fingers. There was one occasion the cable twisted my figure so hard that my figure was stuck and can't get out. I almost lose my figure, but luckily my wife helped me to free. Not sure if this is a particular issue to this machine, or any electric auger machine. Always wear a thick glove to prevent this happen and keep alert.

Arrived today as described. It seems very solid and works exactly as expected.

Used it two times, works well.

Worked very well for very long mobile home. Had all the attachments, several different sized PVC drainage pipes needed to complete the job. Thankfully this machine had the proper sizes to finish the clogged drainage pipes.

Known manufacturer. Good price. Well made. Have yet to use as I bought as stand by for future problems. Seems like big power in small package.

Not as powerful as other models but still works

Bought this as a replacement for a Ridgid snake I sold a few years ago (big mistake!) Understandably, not quite up to the Ridgid quality, (but at 25% of Ridgid's price) but certainly sturdy enough for most homeowners and light maintenance work. I used it to clear a 4\" storm drain and it performed well. Seems well made and should prove to be durable. Overall, good value for the money and a good fit for occasional work.

Functions as it should with no problems . I would definitely recommend it to any homeowner. Thank you
