I have over six hours in with this snake and I am impressed so far. This is the right unit if you are renting a snake on a monthly or quarterly basis. This would not hold up to the abuse that inexpereinced operators would dish out, but if you know how to snake a drain already and tired of paying $100 to the rental company for the heavy duty beasts, this will probably fit the bill. The motor is strong, the switch works great, the cable is good quality and can be replaced. A longer power cord would have been my only addition.

I need a replacement part for this product, which we bought in January 2019. Where do I get parts? It does work great, but a part broke.

This is a great machine. We have an older plumber that is hard on equipment and this thing has out lasted the general machines!
