Where I live plumbers charge anywhere from $200 to $400 to come out identify the issue and do what ever they need to do. I have used many manual snakes and will never go back to them again thanks to this auto snake. It took me less then 20 mins to clear a clog I was putting hours into. I would highly recommend this to a friend and everyone else with drain issues.

The product had some issues but the seller corrected the issues. It nice to see sellers doing this.

Pros - did the job of pulling tree roots out of my main sewer line no problem.Cons - the three legs provided are pretty much useless. They are flimsy and fall out.Overall if your are a do it yourselfer and have a clog like I did, I say go for it. I'd recommend it to anyone that has the know how but needs the tool.

Very good machine only negative thing I have to say is the reverse which seems a little cheap

This little machine almost paid for itself with its first use. 16mm coil (about half the size of larger commercial units) is just perfect for those smaller drains (100mm).There were no instructions with it, but pretty simple to work out how to operate - just feed the spring through the unit, turn on and engage the clutch as needed. Forward/reverse by means of switch.
