Great product and outstanding customer service.
This product works as described. We are satisfied with its service. Recommend it to anyone who needs to take care of a cloggin without calling the plumber. In addition to a good product, customer service is outstanding. Their service makes the buying experience unforgettable.

Cheaper than a service call.
Easy to use if you are careful. Worked very well. Paid for itself.

Bought and shipped to my brother in Michigan and he says it was worth every penny I spent on it. He still has to dig up his line but it opened it up until his health allows him to dig.

I saved & it got the job done!!
The price of the product was very reasonable compared to paying a plumber to come do the same thing. And now I can save on my annual household costs.

Not for big jobs, best for regular home maintenance
It worked for me what I was needing, not for your big jobs but to go into your clean outs for your home it's ok. Only negative I see is that I wish that the motor and drum mounting was stronger and didn't shake as much. For my home that was built in the 20's and the lines needs to be cleaned out once in a few months it's not horrible.

High quality
I had tree roots in my main sewer going from the house to street. The product has already paid for itself by me using this instead of a plumber. Very sturdy machine works just as described. Also used to clear out my down spout lines that run out to the street. It does have a little of weight to it (almost 75 pounds). I did not get the ones with the wheels on it. I would probably spend the extra money for the wheels so that it is easier to move.

Great for occasional use
Well, a high-quality version of this machine for professional use every day goes for anywhere from three to seven times as much. So one can't reasonably expect that same quality, and one doesn't get it. I think if operated at five service calls per day, the machine wouldn't make it long..But there's a different arithmetic. Renting one of thee costs $50 - $70 or so, and then one has the time waste of driving to rent it and the time pressure to finish on time. If one has an old house and needs to go through certain pipes once or twice a year, the convenience of having one's own machine is valuable and it pays for itself very quickly. For that sort of use, the machine should last for a long time, and it works just as well as its more expensive brethren. One tip: The one part where price makes a difference in outcome is the cutting bit at the front. I'd recommend getting a General Wire Clog Chopper. With that cutter, this machine bites through serious debris like a champ.

Does what it's supposed to
Works great for small jobs. Need to get a line extension for bigger jobs. Overall, it does what it's supposed to.
