HOW MANY FEET IS THE SNAKE CABLE INCLUDED IN THE THE PACKAGE?

It is an excellent tool that I should have purchased years ago.My only regret. Has more power than I believed. I have rented many due to cost. Wish I had found this much sooner. Thanks for your quick service and good quality tools. Sincerely Barry Gonzalez

Did a good job once I figured how to use it. instructions were inadequate. The smaller cable is about 3/8" by 15 ft (I would really like a longer 3/8" cable) The larger cable is about 5/8" by 65 ft long. It just rests on the floor and comes out of its cage if you don't watch it closely. It works best with two people--one to feed the cable and the other to hold the cage. from "walking" all over the floor. I had a blockage in a basement floor drain about 60 feet out and it cleared it. Because I was alone it took a lot of time and effort to pull the cable back up because you have to hold the release button up to pull it through the machine. I finally put a small vice grips under the button to hold it up. For the money it's a good machine. It should save me a lot of money as I have 3 older houses to take care of I called Vevor at 855-385-1880 and asked for a more complete instruction manual. They said they would email me one.

It doesn't come with any instructions on use or what kind of oil should be used to keep bearings in good shape ,other than that it is a great machine and did exactly what we needed done !

This is an update on my previous review. I didn't realize the 5/8" cable does not stay in the holder while cleaning the drain. If you leave it in the holder it doesn't feed properly and it walks and is prone to tangle. I found that if you stretch the cable out it feeds easier and doesn't tangle; It comes in about 4 sections. If you don't have enough room to stretch it out, you can feed just one section at a time. I laid it outside the bathroom door in my basement so I could use longer sections. I also didn't realize that the set screw to lock the cable can stay released by raising it and turning it, which makes it much easier to feed the cable. the instructions and pictures are poor. i called customer service and they said they would send me better instructions but I never received any. I've used it a couple times now and it does a good job.

Live in a century old rental, backs up three to four times a year. Call to a landlord for a plumber can take 1-2 weeks, sometimes longer. I was done, ordered this machine and when it arrived had the problem fixed within the hour. Unit is a fine balance of price and usability. The time saved not having to hand wash all of the household's dishes while I wait for a plumber to arrive was by itself worth the price of admission. If it holds up, even for a year or two, I'll consider it a fantastic buy.

The machine cleared our sewer line once we figured out why it would not turn. What happened was one of the three mounting screws that attached the cap over the motor broke of and lodged in the motor. Unscrewed the cap gave it a shake and the small screw came out. I took a picture of the screw and sent it to CC. Their reply was prompt and very satisfying, super customer service. Really the only complaint and a minor one was the lack of instructions included in the package. But once again Vevor CC came through promptly with email instructions.
