Every Thanksgiving is the time when kitchen drain slows down and clogs. I rent for HD and snake my self. Was tire of picking it up and dropping back off. So I got this. Quality is no rigid, but faily decent. Look forward to using it. Attachment looks ok, pipe scraper is a bit awkward. Will have see how that holds up. Lighter that rigid. The handle is simple to fold up and down. Have not use yet but I will the moment I see a slow drain. Overall fair price, looks like it will do the job. Test run seem good, motor looks solid. Nonetheless, good to have and save a ton, from plumbers fee and HD rentals. Oh and the gloves that came with it, throw it away.

Worked great! The price was also less then having a plumber come over and clean it even once. I've got no experience plumbing or running a drain snake, but it took about 10 minutes to figure everything out and get it running smoothly. It's very beginner friendly.

Good construction, it does the job without some extra effort. I love this machine. Recomended A+++++

This isn’t worth your time. I bought one, and it arrived defective. There was a wiring fault and the machine would trip the gfci whenever the tool touched metal, so vevor sent me another one. This one worked, but is too flimsy. About 30 feet into my 4” drain, the snake wouldn’t go any further. The auto feed controls are finicky, and it doesn’t coil in the machine properly, which makes it hard to feed and retract. I ended up buying a ridgid, and I wish I would have bought that originally. Avoid this machine.

The machine is good, just changed the pulley and put a commercial cable on it, because the one that comes with the machine is no strong enough.

The unit is well built and strong. I cleaned out several long 4" sewers, both sanitary and storm. On my last run I had a problem with recoiling the cable and it tangled in the drum. I contacted customer service and they resolved the problem to my satisfaction.

Extremely disappointing that the first time I used this, the cable became twisted to the point that it is no longer usable and will not go back into the drum. The cutter I had on the end of the cable must have come loose in the process and now sits in my pipes somewhere presumably. I have used other drain snakes before and this one worked the same until it simply stopped rotating in the drum and would not go in or out any more. I am hopeful that customer service will provide a reasonable solution.

Product is okay the description was misleading. The cord doesn't retract automatic you have to manually retract it. Kind of confusiing

Had fine tree roots in lateral by main street line and this took them out with no problem at 89 feet. Only thing have to hold down lever for faster automatic feed.
