I dont like the design of using the pvc pipe for suport on the one side of box, puppies poop between panels and piles regularly, making it difficult to clean.
Arrived damage customer service did do a partial refund but there is no way for company to provide replacement parts which sucks and cant order replacement parts that i specifically need any where.
I would not buy again.
