This was the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever experienced in my life. It's hard to believe people still act like this in this day. I will never buy from this company again I'm sorry to say. This is the first time I've ever written a review that's how bad it was. I bought a puppy pen from here because they advertised I could get it in 2 days. I had 14 puppies that were born early so you can understand how difficult it was. On the day I was supposed to receive it I received an email saying it would come the following week. When I emailed customer service to see what could be done they were so rude even saying to me "everything has been explained to you"Well I'm not stupid I just wanted to know why it's coming a week after they said it would be there and wanted to cancel it and go to my local store and get something that would get me by until I ordered from somewhere else and they would not Do anything about it. Then on top of it when I received it it had a bunch of chips in The plastic walls! I didn't even bother with customer service again.
