I searched for ages to find a dog door that had a flap big enough for all my dogs, wide bulldogs and French mastiff. This was the largest I could find that was under $1000. It’s easy to install, it’s very sturdy and durable and $300. It was so cheap I thought it must be really poor quality but I was wrong.
I’ve ordered a second one as a spare.
The door doesn't lock to secure the whole door. Looks good in theory but doesn't make it safe to leave the house and can be easily broken into if gone.
The door does not fit! The attachment at the top is four inches too long to fit into the sliding door! I am trying to return this product! And all the manufacturers want to do is compensate me 20 dollars?! This is unbelievable! What kind of company doesn’t guarantee their products? Unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!!!!
