Sturdy functional dock ladder, easy to install and to remove
We have a small pond and needed a ladder to get from water onto our deck. The length was right and the aluminum steps and handrail are sturdy for climbing.

Good Ladder
Really nice dock ladder for a fair price. Comes with all the mounting hardware you'll need for either a permanent mount or a removable mount, plus a few extra nuts and bolts. Goes together easily and seems very sturdy.

Great value.
We put the ladder on our seawall so we can get into our Kayaks and Paddleboard’s. We are very pleased .

Eeeehhh...
Mine did not include instructions.Made my stationary because the slideUp and down doesn’t work the best.

Initially dismayed, but it's ok
So yes he packaging was marginal, but then again it's metal parts. The whole system came w/o a instructions....that initially upset me, but I went to the computer - printed a "blown up" photo and away I went. The only part that is "a time waste" is the four square aluminum side posts that the ladder steps screw into...the four extruded alum posts w/the plastic covers go "UP"....so the small screw hole is on top. There's also a screw hole on the opposite side underneath and if you see that 1st you'll build it wrong side up. Other than that it was easy. Is it high high quality - no, but it's good enough for my boat dock. I built the extended length and it's perfect - so get over the fact it's not snap and go, but I also don't believe w/o washers it's that big of a problem. One might think so, but if you use a ratchet (btw it's metric 13 or 14)....and tighten the bolt...the aluminum is soft enough to create rubbing resistance vs a hard metal surface. I doubt I'll have to tighten it over time. I'll see. If I do...I'll buy stainless washers and go from there...maybe a 5min change. So when I read the comments I have to giggle a bit - the comments are more "harsh" than what's needed. For the money - it's fine. If the weld spots hold - who cares of you have to look at a photo vs instruction booklet. There's NOT THAT MANY PARTS! ok...have fun folks.

great on our tri toon
This works great on our tri toon, we angled it toward the center. Note it does not come with mounting hardware and only had the three bolts for the front. It does work well

decent for the price
Light duty. Steps are wide. Some sharp edges, not where your hands and feet would normally be. No lock washers or nuts. Will probably loosen over time.
