3 weeks on still haven’t received the missing power lead & strainer that were missing from the box. Email them and what they require is a nightmare just to get the missing parts. And there customer service person really needs a lesson in written English. Trying to make sense of the email was interesting. And hopefully the warranty starts when the missing parts arrive.

Does what it says on the box, however, I suspect the demo's of any of these things working may have been exagerated.

Can't believe I haven't purchased one of these sooner. Works great, have been using it to clean mower and trimmer carbys and the finished product is way better than I could achieve by hand. Have also used it to clean a complete dismantled fuel injection system off a Commodore and it handled that with ease as well. Saves time, effort and the cleaned items are spotless. A+

Great machine. It's huge, and fits all of our CPAP gubbins at once. Brilliant for cleaning those. And most other things too. Heats the water and ultrasonics everything, like crazy. Easy to use. Recommended...

How easy and good it works

Great for cleaning small clock parts and gears. It's onboard heater is a plus I have used this a half a dozen times so far with only one issue. When you use the heater function it doesn't turn itself off once the preset temp is reached, just need to keep an eye on it so it doesn't over heat. Some other users have commented about letting the magic smoke out of the heating element, I think the secret to keeping the smoke in is to add water close to your desired temp and allow the heating element to come up to temp before you turn the unit on.

I was somewhat skeptical buying an ultrasonic cleaner in this price range but really wanted to try one and I'm glad I did. I have used them at work but never owned one for the home. Shipping time and packaging was excellent. So far I have used it a half dozen times and have been very pleased. The unit is very easy to use. The timer and temperature control work well. The unit ships with both a basket as well as a small strainer/tea diffuser (see picture) for really small items. The small strainer is really a good idea and a nice bonus. The unit isn't that loud when operating and is easy to clean. So far I've only used it with water so it just wipes dry. I'm finding new ways to use it for difficult to clean items. So far I've had good success removing hard water deposits from faucet aerators without damage. Overall I'd recommend this and am looking forward to finding more uses for it.Greg S.

I really am not satisfied with this cleaner. It doesn't seem to do the job of cleaning carburetors very well.
