To start with, this heat press worked great, held temperature and my projects were turning out pretty good. After a couple of months though, temperature would drop allot after closing it and wouldn’t reach target temp before timer was up. Adjustments to time and temperature to try to compensate for the temp drop but that didn’t help. I submitted the video that was required to ask for help and explained the problems I was having. After going back and forth messaging, they told me they would be sending a new thermocouple. Needless to say the wire they sent came with no instructions on how to change it out. I did manage to get it done but things didn’t improve any. I guess I should have bought something more expensive but I liked the design of this one. I’ll write this off as a huge mistake and probably won’t be buying from Vevor again. Customer service makes it difficult to even file a complaint by asking for a video and then limiting file size and format and only one can be added.

The press would be great for some of my 17 inch back designs but because of the orientation of the platform I can't line it up to save my life. I went back to doing split pressing with my 15x15 and this monstrosity is collecting dust in the corner until I can get rid of it.

Piece of GARBAGE!! To make things worse, NO SUPPORT. Been trying for over 10 days to get this resolved. WHat a bunch of MORONs!!!! Can't figure it out what's wrong given a detailed description of what the problem is. Trying now to get a refund on this piece of JUNK. DO NOT BUY VEVOR PRODUCTS!! You will be sorry if you need assistance with anything!!!!

Do not buy its junk. Mine didnt work correctly out of the box. Wanted to send me parts that were gonna take 4 to 6 weeks to get here. Finally got my money back and threw it in the trash.

I received my heat press in a timely matter-I love the way it looked, but it did not function properly. It way overheated - I had it set to 308 degrees and I tested it with a heat sensor gun and it was heating between 304 and 340 in different places. The temperature controller also clicked on and off constantly and it would not keep its temperature. I contacted costumer service and found out you can not call them directly, but can only send emails back and forth. They did email me back usually in 24 to 30 hours, but we emailed back and forth for about 3 weeks, before they finally said they would send me a new heat press. I just received the new heat press today - I will see how this one works.

So I am only giving this a 4 star and not a 5 star for 2 reasons. The 1st reason is there is screw holes on the bottom plate for what appears to be a handle so you can hold the base and lift the press. Well it has the holes for the handle but you have to source your own handle. That's not a real big problem. So here is my only complaint and its not a deal breaker but you have to get use to it. You will Burn the hell out of your hands cause the press is so large you have to reach in to it to straighten out your shirts to get your print aligned. the way the press is shaped it makes reaching in to the back area at times very dangerous lol. Another petty issue is the neoprene liner on the heat press plate its self isn't pulled really tight to the heat plate. I don't think that impairs any function. So the only thing that really needs improvement is the bottom plate. if that plate was on a slide so that you could pull it out towards you to make adjusting garments much easier this press would with out any issue be a 10 of 10 . Its already a great item but that would make this absolutely flawless. I have prob pressed 200 shirts in the last month and then 3 to 350 magnets and other various items. The press has a pretty consistent heat across the plate. there are some cooler spots but there only like 10 degrees or so. So far there have been no issues. opening and closing the press is pretty smooth unless you really really clamp down on the pressure. then opening it can be a little bit tricky with out it like really fast popping open. That's where the handle on the base plate would have really helped. Also recommend hard mounting this in place.

Heat press has worked great, i love the slide out for better positioning of projects. Very interested in other craft items available.

Not impressed, great price but you pay for what you get. The heat press is very flimsy. Very poor quality

It does what I need it to do..Heats up evenly.. top plate get hot too.. you can go wrong I had it for 3 years now

I purchased this press a couple of years ago . It’s very big and works on all shirts and hoodies or fabrics to heat press. The hardware is kind of low quality as the handle came loose after a few months of use . I wish it had the pull out feature which would make installing the garment easier . The price was great , overall it’s a decent press .
