Shipping was very quick. Installation was straightforward thanks to the myriad of YouTube videos on the subject. Hardest part for me was coming to terms with the fact that I had to cut a rather large hole through the floor of my caravan. Once that was done, the rest of the project went without a hitch. I used the supplied "green" fuel hose which is working well, but I'll be swapping it for the recommended white "stiff" hose in the near future. I've seen cases of the green hose perishing/cracking after a short time of use. The heater itself works brilliantly and quietly, although the diesel fuel pump (mounted outside on the chassis) is quite noisy, especially in the dead of night when everything else is quiet. The rubber mounting bracket (supplied) isn't enough to insulate the sound of the pump from the chassis of the caravan. The heater was easily able to heat the inside of the van to 21°C on a low setting while the outside temp was 0°C. The heat comes on very quickly and only takes a short time to warm things up. This is the first diesel heater I've had, and at 70 yrs of age, I can't believe I didn't have one years ago.
