I initially had some issues with this heater after purchase, which was frustrating. However, I reached out to the VEVOR team, and their customer service exceeded my expectations. They were prompt, professional, and willing to work with me to resolve the situation. After discussing the matter, we came to a solution that worked for both sides, leaving me as a happy customer in the end. If it wasn't for the horrible instructions, this heater would be almost perfect. Of course, there is the loud clicking sound from the fuel pump, which I'm intending to replace with a quieter one, but otherwise it does what it promises to do. It heats up the interior of my camper van, which is what I intended it for. I wish the bluetooth app would allow to go into all the settings for time, timer, etc., as for the life of me I can't figure it out from the display on the unit itself with the instructions provided. Complete nonsense! But as I said, otherwise it's a great heater and it works.

Too unreliable for me to recommend. The unit works well for a few days but then keeps stopping with error code E8 which implies a blockage or overheating, neither of which seem to be the case. The same model I purchased over a year ago is also showing similar issues. Online research suggests fouling of the combustion chamber and/or mesh used to vaporize the fuel because of a low heat setting. If true, and dis-assembly reveals a very sooty interior so likely is, that's a design fault.

Great heater for my use. Has been the main heater in my 7 foot tall by 28 foot long greenhouse. Works very well and has been fairly efficient. I use the thermostat to set and forget. It maintains a perfect temperature to grow summer tomatoes in the dead of winter in North Carolina. My only gripe is that Bluetooth is useless on my Samsung S21. I cant even download the app because the operating system will not allow. The remote is cute, but I dont use that either. I mainly wanted the app so I can keep an eye on functions, but I can't on a Samsung. Id pay more for a adult sized, or "cabin sized" fuel tank. The 10liter is tiny and requires too frequent refilling. Ill be upfitting the setup to include a larger tank. The heat is produces is quit nice. I purchased a diverter to send hot air in 2 directions. Works beautifully. I also purchased a transformer so I dont need a battery to run the fan and ignition circuit. The engineers should add a onboard 120 volt transformer and a plug so it can be used in a cabin with an outlet. Ive made my own workaround and its a great setup. If the app worked on Samsungs, I'd give it 5 stars.

I received in timely manner and got set up in my 12×20 shop, the heat out put on this small heater will surprise you, works great, but had to YouTube to find out how to use it as the handbook that comes with it does not help much. But I am satisfied with my purchase

Works well! Exhaust should be longer and base would be appreciated. Otherwise awesome product! Would pay more for an exhaust system completely protected.

I have purchased two Vevor chinese diesel heaters neither is modifiable to meet my needs, I bought them because of a youtuber https://youtube.com/@joshuadelisle?si=ItvXxoJhkWWMlgUp who was explaining that the features of the vevor diesel heater allowed the user to modify the pump speed and fan speed of the unit to meet their needs. I have purchased two vevor diesel heaters and neither is modifiable this is Unacceptable, I should be able to purchase the same quality unit as anyone else. I would like Vevor to offer A Standard remote with customer capabilities to modify pump and fan speed. Regards Jon

The whole reason I purchased a vevor diesel heater. Was by watching a YouTuber https://youtube.com/@joshuadelisle?si=AexjPlvhoTxkS7Of and he spoke highly about your product and it's capabilities. To be able to modify pump and fan speed to meet individual needs. I have purchased two diesel heater with the impression that the units would be able to be modified, alas both units are not. I would like to see a standard unit offered by vevor with the users option to be modify settings as needed. Regards Jon
