At first, I had an issue with the ground prong attaching well enough. After experimenting with it that problem was resolved. The device takes a little time to get used to. I'm not certain how well it will work with the heavier steel areas but once you get the technique correct it has done great so far! I will say that using the higher settings didn't make the electrode stick as well as staying within the lower end of the recommended settings. Start out lower and work up to the higher settings. Clean the metal thoroughly and clean any carbon buildup off of the electrode tips to get the best results.I'll update after I've had time to use it for a while.

When I bought the unit it stated 115v . The machine is marked 220v. The wires are marked Ground, neutral and no marking ( power) . How do you wire this? For 120 or 220 volts. Been waiting two days for an answer from tech support.
