Great product but the shipping could be better. The metal anchors fall out in shipping. Company needs to package the anchors separately and include in rge shipment. Taping them to product is not secure and when product arrives the anchors have fallen out. Otherwise the ramps are great. My wife's low profile tire car does not bottom out any more.

Love'em. Didn't use the supplied hardware but that's just me being me. I'm sure they would have been fine.

The ramps are great. I have a very steep curb approach of almost 20 degrees! I made the mistake of not bolting the first set I purchased to the ground. First, they didn't stay put when I drove over them, and then that evening, someone stole them. Thank you, San Francisco. I ordered another set, and this time, epoxy and bolting into the concrete worked. Not only did they perform well with my car, which has less than 5" of clearance, but they have not been stolen or taken away by the street sweepers. My car hasn't bottomed out since. I'm so happy I got another set and installed them correctly. I highly recommend countersinking some bolts into the concrete or pavement; otherwise, your wheels will move them around. They are heavy, but they won't stay put if you have a powerful or heavy car.

I am VERY satisfied with the curb ramp, except that I wish that there were a center peace that was maybe 2 to 3 feet section that I could put in the middle to make the ramp wider. It would make it a whole lot better. But you don't seem to sell any thing like that, that really fits in the middle

Really like everything about this. Matt good well made durable but it was just too large for my purposes. And I had to return it and get a smaller Mat, but it is a great Mat.

Been using for a few.months. This is holding up well in the snow and makes driving over my curb into the driveway incredibly smooth

Contents arrived through Fed Ex Ground. The package was left at the front of our front door. It was all messed up and covered with packing tape! it looked like they tried to to re-tape a hard boiled egg back together. I called Vevor prior and ask where was my package? I tracked it and it was in a Fed Ex Facility for over 7 days. They stated they would not start a tracer after 48 hours. It was 7days no reply form Vevor. When the package arrived it was missing all the hard wear to bolt the ramps down. I had to purchase the bolts to get it done. More cost. The product itself is "Great".. Service from Fed Ex and Vevor was poor at best! "SORRY" But True.

Fasteners could be better quality, you can buy alternatives online Simpson Strong Tie Simpson SL50400HR25 Sleeve-All 1/2" by 4" Hex Head Sleeve Anchor for example, also it would be nice if the ramps came with plugs for the fastener holes EZends Premium Grade 1 1/4 Inch Round Plastic Plugs for example. Good product for the money.

I was not pleased with doing business with you. My first order came swiftly but, it was not sufficient lengt.So I ordered a second one and never received it. instead you refunded me the purchase price. I want to know how to return the ramp for a full refund.
