Out of the Box the Machine worked exactly 60 Seconds and died. Immediately contacted Support and next day got an answer that had absolutely nothing to do with our Machine or Problem. On the second try got the suggestion to replace the fuse with a link to a "how-to" Video. Except nowhere and I mean nowhere can you find out which strength Fuse to use. Asked again and was told a fuse that would not fit into the Machine. So, after a week of back and forth I had enough and wanted to take advantage of the no hassle return touted on the Website. Took another 3 Days of back and forth before an offer of 80% of my $ back and forget about returning the Machine. Was really hoping I found a Company to do business with for all my Hardware needs. Didn't turn out to be that way for me.
