It worked great...for the price is really nice ..it does the job ..the door is a little difficult to manage because it to tied it probably needs some improvement..but overall it was nice to have it it helped me a lot .you get the work done fast with this machine.

This spreader really does the job. Used it to apply peat moss to my newly seeded lawn and it gave a nice even layer. Saved me a huge amount of time. Highly recommended.

I used this to top dress my lawn with peat moss and managed to distribute 6 bags in about 30 minutes without any hassle. Just a heads-up, assembly is required, so don’t expect to pull it out of the box and start using it right away. For the price, it’s a solid buy. It’s not contractor-grade, but for occasional use on small to mid-sized yards, it’s perfect for the average homeowner and should last for many years. My only gripe is with the latches. They’re pretty flimsy, and I’ll probably swap them out for something sturdier since I doubt they’ll hold up over time.

Love how well built the item is; however, if you have a large area to spread compost/soil over, then it may be faster to just use a wheel barrow and shovel. This item dispenses the material quickly, thus requiring one to fill the basket every 2-3 minutes, or 6-8 feet. This can get very tiresome and slow one’s progress greatly.

Easy to put together, easy to load and easy to use. Just load it up, close lid and start walking behind it. Best way to spread Topsoil, Mulch or any other product that you may have.
