Quality material, the middle divider doesn't completely divide
It took about an hour to put together which isn't bad with all the screws. The instructions were good enough, but you can tell they were translated from another language to English. The most confusing part was the middle divider. The arrows are supposed to line up, but they don't and there is a bit of a gap at intervals all the way around. So while it does divide the middle, some material will get into the other side. It fits the way it should though. Like others have said the doors end up face down, so make sure to hold it. And finally, it rotates well enough just spinning on the metal tube provided.

A Lot of assembly! still pretty nice when it's done. Recommended
I can recommend this compost maker for real DIY'ers. A high amount of assembly required but when it is done the unit is plenty sturdy, and works fine. they even toss in a few extra bolts and nuts incase you loose a couple along the way. I use this to process the bedding of our chicken brooders into compost, and after just 3 weeks it's gone from full to about 60% full as the compost is breaking down.

Virtually no assembly instructions, but solid product
I'm used to receiving products with one-pager pictograph instructions, but wow this one was bad. The instructions were essentially useless and it took a lot of puzzling, swearing, and re-puzzling to put this together. However, when it finally was assembled, it was sturdy and rotated easily when we tested it. We haven't been able to finish a full batch of compost yet, but it is promising and we haven't seen any rodent activity inside the drums, which is a relief. I really like that there are two independent drums so we can have two batches in different stages.

Need instructions
This item took me 4 hours to put it together. Because it had no decent instructions. All you get is a piece of paper. So you have to figure it out like a puzzle. It is well made and strong. Thank the Lord I love puzzles. Otherwise it is a very good product.

Composter
This a nice size lightweight composting bin. It was easy to assemble and has two separate barrels. You can spin them separately and hold them in place with the plastic stopper. It looks like it will hold quite a bit of compost and has small holes to drain any rain water. The quality seems good, but not sure how many seasons it will last through. Might work better under a covered area out of the harsh weather.

Sturdy compost bin, don’t be discouraged by all of the parts
When I first received this product I was a little overwhelmed by all of the part and assembly needed. If you have a second person help you, assembly will be much easier and less frustrating. Now that’s it’s put together, the tumblers feel sturdy and the lids are nice and tight. All things you want in a composting tumbler. Like others have stated, it’s not very tall so I suspect once I have decent compost it will be hard to put a 5 gallon bucket underneath the tumbler to have it fall into it. I’ll have to scoop it out which is what I suspect the gloves are for.

Our first composting bin/tumbler.
I didn't realize that both this and the largest size are dual chambers. They updated the information now than before I put my order in for this one. However, I think I still like the looks and design of this one. Installation is super easy and takes maybe 20 minutes to put together. It is much lower than what I thought it was going to be but I'm also 6'2\", so that's quite normal when I get things and it having it be below my waistline. My wife finds it more comfortable to get into since she's over a foot shorter than me. The dual chamber is nice because you can start a batch of compost and if it's mid-way through, instead of adding more to it and slowing the process down, just use the other chamber. They rotate independently of each other. I thought this would smell horrible but honestly it doesn't. I'm actually quite excited to get some good soil so we can have a nice herb garden this year. I don't mind buying soil but with all the crap that is out there anymore you never know what's really in it and or if there are tons of chemicals that are not going to be in your fruits/veggies without you knowing or wanting that. With this, it's natural and we know exactly what's the soil is going to be made of. I am hoping this will last some time outside. It's literally going to be in the back yard behind our fence in our common area exposed to the sun/weather 24/7.
