Excellent. Steady and forceful handle grip. After chopping 20+ onions it gets easier. Chop onion in half from top to root then half again. Place one quarter at a time and chop away.

This is an extremely well engineered tool designed to last and designed for ease of use and designed to be easily cleaned. The blades are sharp and cut without undue force and it is easy to quickly cut lots of potato chips or ther veges. Great product and the complete transaction was easy, efficient and professional. Cuts really good an easy, simple to clean, if it came with more blade sizes it would be perfect.
