I see a lot of reviews on this machine where people claim they cannot use it for ADULT drinks or for making slushy's with alcohol. We use this primarily for Wine Slushy's, but the secret is SUGAR CONTENT! In order for these machines to create SLUSH, especially with alcohol content, then you need something in the form of sugar content as well.. ie: Soda, (NOT SUGAR FREE OR IT WON'T WORK). So long as you have something liquid with a sugar content, then your adult beverage concoctions are essentially LIMITLESS! My ONLY issue with this machine, is after a few years of use, proper cleaning, proper lubrication of the seals with a really good food grade lubricant, the rear seals of the tanks are leaking just ever so slightly. I have not successfully been able to find any actual CONTACT information for VEVOR so that we may order new rear tank seals. I noticed when I went to move the machine that there was sticky goo (which turned out to be wine) under the machine. I took the side panel off and found that we had a coating of wine on the inside bottom of the machine. It took a while to clean this as there are so many parts in the way, and we couldn't just remove the bottom panel of the machine as there are too many parts connected to it. If not for the issues of trying to find a contact phone number for VEVOR, then they would have gotten a 5 star PLUS review! We take this machine with us EVERYWHERE! Camping, Parties, you name it.. our local winery LOVES us because of the amount of orders we place for their specialty wines for making our own Slushy's!

I bought this model from another retailer, but did read the reviews on Amazon, first, and thought I'd share my comments here. Below are my tips: 1. Just about any liquid with at least 12% (11% also worked) carbohydrate (you can see this on the label of juice containers) will freeze. 2. This model (3LX2) is not designed to freeze alcoholic drinks (it doesn't get cold enough), but you can set the freeze level higher (10 - 12 worked for me) to get the non-alcoholic drink really frozen and then add alcohol to it and mix it up. I poured the non-alcoholic slushy into a glass and then added alcohol, but I'll try adding alcohol to the slushy in the tank when I have guests over. 3. Follow the instructions to use liquids with a minimum sugar content of 12-13% to avoid total freezing which may damage the machine. 4. I pour out any excess liquid or slushy using the spigot when I'm done, tipping the machine a bit to get everything out. Then I pour fresh water to the line and run the machine on clean mode for a few minutes to clean out the slushy, and repeat, tipping the machine a bit to get the water out the spigot. I also use a clean, wet paper towel to wipe the upper parts of the tank. Then I leave the cover half-way off to let the tank dry out.

I bought the machine from Guatemala to start my business. It arrived very well packaged and is very easy to use.

Wanted to add a new element to my personal bartending service so I decided to purchase this commercial slushy machine. It was incredible, I served pina coladas and margaritas with ease. It looked great and tasted better. So far i rate the machine a 12 out of 10!!

Machine has worked perfect, fast shipping. Would recommend to anyone looking to add a slushy machine to their home bar or business.

Unit worked flawlessly only item to mention was assembly directions could be a little better. Other than that, a great machine

Works awesome. It is tough to put together. But gets easier with use. The user manual is very helpful in setting it up.

Everyone saying this doesn’t freeze is setting it to 26 degrees Celsius which obviously isn’t going to freeze. It’s not an American made machine so it will be in the metric system.

Very easy to use! Great product, I buy my slush mix from Amazon and the product works great in the machine!
