I got this to replace the existing, less than adequate faucet that came with the building. It was easy to install, gets the job done well and actually gave us more water pressure and versatility than expected. I definitely recommend it.

I bought this faucet to go on a stainless steel sink in our workshop. The 12 inch faucet was too long for my sink and I needed an 8 inch item. I contacted customer support and told them I could not find an 8 inch replacement faucet that would fit. The problem was the connection to the faucet was the incorrect diameter. I asked for their help in finding one that would fit their faucet model. They went out of their way to get me one from China at no cost. I highly recommend this vendor.
