El equipo en general está bien pero hay cosas que deben mejorar como estas:1- dice que es en acero inoxidable y los rolos interiores comenzaron a oxidarse cuando se comenzó a llavar la maquina, tuve que ponerle pintura antioxidante.2- llegó sin manual de funcionamiento.3- en la descripcion habla de un boton para devolver la carne cuando se queda atascada, no lo encontréen ningun lado, si ese modelo no lo tiene deben quitar eso de la descripcion.

Received as expected. Set up was easy. My only complaint is that the packaging did not indicate which was top or bottom, so it was opened upside down. Additionally, the manual does not say where the short hex head bolt goes. We did some searching online, it replaces the red plastic screw on top.

Very satisfied with the tenderizer, results exceeded expectations.

The Commercial Meat Tenderizer Electric Tenderizer Stainless Steel can within he shipping date as planned. The diagram (one page) did not cover how to maintain the motor, why the plastic screw was replaced by the stainless steel screw or what thickness of meats were the recommended thickness for best results. Also a few dents and scratched on the provided pan and the meat tenderizer attachment. Other than the blemishes and documentation this would have been a 5 star review.

Product works great,easy to tenderize all cuts of neat

it is what is advertised, heavy duty and does a rapid job on the meats. because of its weight does not bounce or move around. very safe to use. do recommended to clean with small narrow wire brush to get between teeth. do not suggest using vegtable oil but buy certified cooking grease and oil for lubrication. may want to run some meats through more then once ... i find that running it through four to eight times depending on your thickness, and the type of meat. GREAT PRODUCT! (recommend not getting the jerkey cutter attachment, company does not provide instructions in english and very difficult to disassemble to clean but the tenderizer is definitely #1)
