Works great!

The only thing that kept me from giving it a 5 was the fact that it slings tiny meat particles off of the blade and all over anything to the back side of the machine. A small plastic cover could eliminate this and I will be making something to stop it. Machine is easy to take apart and clean and is easy to maintain.
