Living on a small farm, we raise chickens and pigs and process them ourselves. We’ve had many meat slicers previously that never quite did the job we needed them to do. I also cook for a living and have used this slicer at work. It’s a quiet machine that can really slice through meat or cheese very easily. It doesn’t slide around while using, is easy to clean and sanitize. The blade sharpener is effective and a nice feature to have. The price point is phenomenal, Temu.com sells the same model and brand, but I decided to go directly to the makers website and I’m glad I did. Not only was it less than Temu, I looked up a coupon code and got a percentage off along with free shipping. It came very fast, which never happens to us out in the middle of nowhere North Dakota. I highly recommend!

Its okay for the price. Could be better. Could be worse. The sliced meat occasionally gets sucked back up in the blade housing and will throw chunks of meat a few feet from the slicer but all in all its okay.

Works very well and is easy to cleanup. Would not hesitate to buy again. The sharpener works very well too.

I had a 7.5 inch slicer that wasn't that great. I bought the 12 inch blade after doing some research, it is nothing like the 7.5 model. I mostly use it to cut eye of round for jerky. It cuts roast that 48 hours ago was frozen solid with zero problems. I also love the built in self sharpener. It is quite heavy and large, so I bought a wheeled prep table and keep it in a storage area. You need a 4 mm Allen wrench to remove blade, I bought a T handle one for four dollars and keep it on cart. Cleaning is not real difficult, but the blade is sharp, real sharp. The motor is more quiet than my old 7.5. I really like it.

Great slicer for the price can’t beat it works just like the $2000 one at my deli I got the 12 inch id recremend the bigger one if you plan to cut big slabs of bacon

Well built, whisper quiet , easy clean up, haven’t used the sharpener yet, worth spending a little extra money on it!

I have only used this 2 times so far. I use this home use. I slice smoked meats and crusty home made Italian bread. This did a good job on the meats and this blade is not meant for crusty bread. The sliding tray is not 100% smooth moving but smother than lower price models. So far it has been easy to clean up, BUT I recommend cut resistant gloves when handling the blade. For my limit time using this I would buy it. again

The low price does not justify such poor quality, that it makes it impossible to use this slicer. I received two, both with the exact same problem, that is, that the rotating blade is not aligned with the rest of the slicer.

Great slicing machine. My family an finally have shaved ham whenever the mood strikes. So far I have subjected this machine to ham, onions, tomatoes, pickles, pork loin and top round roast, all sliced to the thickness I wanted. The only draw back is the cleaning, but after a few tries I learned how to do the cleaning easily and fast. Again, a great machine.
