I've spent some time in Europe and loved using these there. I finally just bought one. Now I can buy meats in bulk and cut them to the thickness I like. I love getting ribeyes and freezing them and cutting them into thin layers for steak and cheese sandwiches. And. I seem to be eating healthier now. I don't know if that is because I'm thinking about it more or because I'm using this cutter more. I made an eggplant dish the other day with the eggplant cut so thin and then rolled up a beef and pork mixture in it. Threw on some Mediterranean spices and bam..into the skillet. You'll love this thing!

Not bad for the price. Have used it successfully several times now. Fairly easy to clean and seems well made. Only done meat so far.

This is one of the best slicers I have ever used. It helps me cut the meat with so much convenience.

I started smoking my own meats ,and needed a slicer for bacon,and other meats. This thing is a power house. I use it on everything, tomatoes, lettuce, meats, just about anything you would want uniform cuts on. It is large but I found that if you purchase a stainless steel rolling cart it stores away in a spare room, or closet. It's easy to use and clean also.

I like the small size and how convenient it is to store. It has worked well for me on home made deli meat and cheese. For the average home owner this is a great product but it is definitely not commercial grade or made for excessive use. It’s easy to clean, cuts easy and the slice adjustment works fairly well

Used to cut pork belly for bacon and it made a huge mess. We had to put up a sheet of plastic behind the slicer and on the floor because it was spitting pieces of fat all over the wall and floor. Otherwise it worked well for what we wanted it for.
