Was skeptical at first to order this, lots of mixed reviews. I pulled the trigger and I am glad that I did. The shipping was fast, and setup was super easy. The hardest part was peeling all the protective wrap off the aluminum pieces before the first use. Once I got it all setup I placed water in it to make sure it didn’t leak anywhere and was pleasantly surprised that I discovered zero leaks. The unit heats up quickly and keeps temperature very well. After about 8 hours of continued use there was very little water loss and it kept multiple steam table pans hot.

I purchased the unit a couple of months ago and I'm very pleased with the purchase. If you're on the fence about buying it dont be.

We have 3 of these and love them. We would recommend this product to anyone. Very portable for all events.

I bought this warmer together with other 4 equipment and discovered all but one are defective, the electric warmer is leaking after filling the water. I asked to return the warmer and get my refund but they arm twist me to accept part of the refund. Now my business is stalled because I can’t afford to purchase another since I couldn’t get my full refund. Don’t ever purchase this. They don’t subject them to quality checks before shipping to customers. I regret buying from VEVOR

Machine does not work properly. Temperature goes down. Takes 1 hour to reach 80 degrees which is insane .

this is a horrible item leaked from day one of first use. Cannot reach customer service. Says will contact in 24-48 hours well its been 4 days and no response. Its a piece of garbage and for a small business trying to make it the lack of customer service is ridiculous i will not recommend vevor to anyone
