True Italian design with high end components and assembly at a fraction of the cost. Makes incredible quality dough for wide range of breads and pastry’s. One of the best products on vevor!

We have several different mixer before, Kitchen add is the weaker one, easy burn out the motor. Bosch is a good one, my wife still use it depend on the what to make. VEVOR Commercial Food Mixer, 7.3Qt is powerful. and mix very well. Only thing we don't like it is; it can't take apart for cleaning. Our experience with the shipment wasn't very well. It can be come with well packaging, it may come with poor just paper packaging. We order this mixer and deal with good amazon service few times to get the damage fix and problems solved, it a long story. but anyway, This is a very good mixer. if you are doing sourdough bread or Chinese steam beard, this mixer is a perfect helper. just don't over mix your dough, you will like the great help from this mixer.

Good value for money Excellent for pizza dough and bread . Quick delivery. If you want this machine can't fault . Can't comment on longevity as only had a short time but seems Very strong.

item received on time was sent 2 day fed ex. mixer arrived in wood crate well protected foam inside. mixer is heavy 80 lbs . I am a hobby / home pizza /bread maker was looking at spiral mixers costing 4 times the amount figured for the cost of this mixer I'd give it a try. so my first mix was 1500g of flour/with biga at 70% hydration mixer handled it very well.machine was not noisy ran smoothly was very happy with results . cleaning was easy as soon as dough was removed I cleaned it out with damp towel wiped dry. I would recommend this mixer from first impressions / use. if I can I will re visit this review in year. hope it lasts

I just received my spiral dough mixer 2 days early! Couldn’t be happier with the free shipping and total price $499. It came in a solid wood box with styrofoam, very secure and protected. I made my first batch of dough within 30min of opening the box and it worked awesome! Only issue is the knob for the timer was off in the box and won’t stay on the peg, I’ll probably just super glue it on. I was a little worried that this mixer is only one speed, but it’s a nice medium/high speed and finished the dough super smooth and stretchy (pumpkin look) in 10 min no problem. So far I am a very satisfied customer!

I just received it today, shipping was quick and it was well crated. No damages. I let it sit for a while and then tried it out with 1.5 kilo flour and 50% hydration set at 8 minutes. The machine didn't move an inch, the motor sounded like it was struggling a bit now and then, but that might have been because of the grease in the gears still being cold during shipping. Dough came out perfect. This mixer is like a smaller table top version of what I used to work with in a German bakery. Very happy with my purchase. Do keep in mind that it's heavy... I struggled to lift the 81 pounds to get it onto my counter. You might want to get some help with that. lol. I also want to add that the bowl and the hook is not removable, but it's very easy to wipe out and clean after usage.
