Amazing!
Bought this for home use as we make Neapolitan pizza regularly and it's been amazing! Only has one speed, but really doesn't affect the quality of the dough. It's very powerful and pretty quiet for the size/type of mixer it is. Would buy it all over again, highly recommend.

So far, so good!
I own and run a microbakery that mostly produces croissants. Before this mixer, I would spend hours using my tiny kitchen aid to mix 500g of dough at a time. This mixer develops gluten a lot faster and a lot more efficiently too. I didn't experience any of the issues mentioned in the other comments. I was a little nervous when the crate arrived damaged, but the minimal amount of styrofoam they used in the packaging did a good job of protecting it in transit. It is, as to be expected, kind of heavy. I had help getting it onto my workbench (after I checked the max weight my workbench can handle). I also found that the bowl isn't detachable, so you have to clean it while its attached to the mixer. No real issues honestly.I'll update if I run into any problems!

Decent mixer
I was hungry to get a spiral mixer. This was the cheapest out there . It’s strong and works fine however it only has one speed. If you need to start slow it’s not going to happen. I need to shorten my pizza dough mixes due to speed. It’s a decent mixer though.

Spiral Mixer for Pizza Dough
Excellent price/value for the money. Very heavy duty and well built. The unit is heavy so it won’t move when mixing. You will need to get a separate cart for this unit as it’s too heavy to lift onto your counter top every time you need to use it.

Pizza dough
I am very satisfied with my purchase. I was looking for a table top spiral mixer that i did not have to pay $1500-$2000 for with good quality. This Vevor mixer satisfied my needs very well. Mixer does a great job mixing and so far the quality seems very good. Can’t beat the price for what you get. If I had to criticize this mixer it would be that it’s only 1 speed. But, that’s a feature for a more expensive model. Love this product !! Overall, can’t beat it for

Now you’re mixing with power!
As you can see this mixer is not that much bigger than the 6qt Kitchenaid, however it’s a lot more powerful for dough mixing. Highly recommend for bread heads and dough enthusiasts. Can mix a max 3 kg of flour or about 5 kg of dough.

Good Mixer at Great Price Point...But Quality Control Issues
I bought this mixer directly from VEVOR to save a few bucks. This is an excellent value for making bread dough (about 1/3 the price of competitors' tabletop offset spiral bread dough mixers). I wondered if a true offset spiral mixer would do a better job of developing dough than a planetary stand mixer with a dough hook. So far the answer is a solid "yes." I've tested it on* High-hydration dough--around 85% hydration using the double hydration method* Low-hydration dough--bagel dough using 14% protein flour and 57% hydration* Inclusions--one with raisins, one with cooked diced onion* Highly enriched dough--brioche dough with 40% butter, 10% oilIn all cases the mixer mixed the dough without strain, developed a smooth windowpane quickly and thoroughly, and mixed all ingredients uniformly. It worked on a batch with only 500 g of flour (1 loaf of sandwich bread). The specs say it goes down to 250 g, but I would be hesitant to go below 500 g. I suspect that this mixer's "sweet spot" is 1,000 g and above. It would be nice if the mixer had a removeable bowl, reverse, more than one speed. But at this price point it's fine.However...note that the mixer had significant quality control issues:* The safety cage was misadjusted so that I could not raise it. Even I was able to fix this easily.* The mixer had no power when it arrived. It just made a horrible grinding sound. VEVOR technical support (which I could only reach by email, I couldn't reach directly...had to have my messages relayed by a customer service representative, and seemed to not be staffed by people who spoke English as a first language) instructed me to open the machine. Open the machine?! Bakers shouldn't have to do that! Once inside even I could see that the belt that transfers power from the motor to the gears was loose. In fact, it was at the very loosest setting. That means that NO ONE adjusted this before it went out to the customer. It was a bit challenging for me to fix this, but I was able to in time. And

And since then...it has worked flawlessly. I am not anticipating any additional problems. Also note that the mixer arrived about 5 days later than the website listed. But that's not a huge problem. Finally note that the listed price has been raised by $75 (15%) in just the last 4 weeks. So watch the price on this item. It may go up or down. And watch for coupon codes (using something like the Honey browser add-on). I waited until a 10% off coupon briefly activated.
