Needed a smaller mixer 15 quarts was just what I needed. Works like a charm. Great investment. I use it multiple times a week, no problem so far.

This mixer is amazing! You definitely need a sturdy table, I chose a wooden table, as it is heavy. It is easy to use, very powerful, and gets the job more than done! I am a soap maker and I use this for my Shampoo Bars, my 2nd best selling product. My batter is super heavy and thick and this mixer powers through it. Sorry I didn't purchase years ago! My only complaint is the packaging! It is impossible to open. We actually needed a saw to cut the wooden box as it uses steel corners and sides to connect, not screws. It took us a good 30 minutes just to open it, and it was super messy. I would recommend different packaging to make this easier for the customer to open, so if you are buying, just know this is the case and be prepared with the appropriate tools.

The stop button stopped working about 40 days after I got it. Company was great to deal with the try to get it fixed.

My daughter says that this was a Game changer for her!!!! Would recommend this to anyone who does a lot of baking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The quality is not as good as the high dollar ones but who could expect it for the price. I’d definitely buy again.

This was great i love this and use it every week my only thing is the metal and paint is a bit rough in certain places in the back where it does not matter outside of that it works great and the pieces are good quality mind you i bought this on july 2023 and it seems like they updated the machine since them probably for a better update since they seem to care about the quality.

I purchased this before Christmas 2023 because I bake a lot for family and gift giving. The main reason I purchased this Mixer is one of the cookie recipes I starting baking years ago, has turned into a family and friend favorite and I baked over 600 this Christmas. I needed a machine big enough to help me tackle this huge task, but not take up my entire kitchen. I'm pleasantly pleased and have been using it for various recipes. The only negatives is the crank makes more noise when turning it and the bowl tends to make a rattling noise when working, but it's working hard for me, so it's not a deal breaker for me.

I only with the was a guard to keep the confection sugar in. Other wise it is the perfect size and has a variation of speeds. Very heavy so be care when moving it

So far its seems good. It arrived without rubber pads on legs. Very heavy duty just like I wanted. Can't wait to try it out.
