This is a great machine. The noise level is low, it is heavy and heavy duty. The only down fall, it didn't come with an instruction manual or warranty.

I purchased this in November of 2022. She is a workhorse! Absolutely amazing in my bakery and for my home use. I have quadrupled cake recipes and it's gone through it like melted butter. At first, I was worried when it said it "only" did 4 lbs of bread at a time, as my bosch mixer handled more. No. My Bosch has NOTHING on the Vevor. I can add way more and I haven't had it skip or grind at all. I have a vendor event for my home bakery coming up and I'm about to put her to the test. Hundreds of cupcakes, cake pops, cakesicles, brownies, cinnamon rolls, pound cakes, round cakes, and even trifles- I am looking forward to seeing how much "abuse" (not really, just a hefty marathon workout) she can take- to see if she truly lives up to the reputation that vevor has.

Great for larger batches, which I needed. Pretty straightforward operation. Great commercial starter for a fair price.

Love, love, love it!! Cuts my time down with baking large orders. Works amazingly and I would definitely recommend purchasing if you make large quantities.
