We use fresh squeezed juice in our cocktails at our restaurant, so I purchased this to save time for our bartenders. Squeezing oranges is great, however lemons and limes are a bit more time consuming, as they tend to fall right through to the waste receptacle and you have to put them through again. My only "complaint" would be it leaks juice out of the front of the machine most likely because there's not a good enough seal of a fit. It's not that big of a deal and we try to catch as much of the juice as possible. The clean up is a little tedious, but we love how fast the juicing process goes!

Have you ever watched a commercial orange squeezer at work? Rotating orbs and grinders squeeze the oranges with abandon while the juice sluices into the reservoir. Well, this machine is just like the ones you鈥檝e seen in commercial establishments but smaller. I squeeze a gallon of juice at a time which lasts my wife and me about a week, The machine is easy to clean by taking apart the components and simple to reinstall with one exception which is why I am only giving it four stars. There are small nuts and bolts which are difficult to remove and reset. This is a design defect that can be easily remedied by using different fasteners.
