Bought this unit over a year ago and have used it 4 times a week since then. I make bread and pizza dough. Quality is great and vert heavy duty. Dough hook is robust and gets the job done nicely. I do wish the low speed was 25% less speed. I have grown to enjoy using this machine. My average batch of dough is 3kg and it mixes with no.problems at all. I use a very high hydration 80-83% so the dough is not very thick and heavy. When I wad first with the machine I was at 65-70% and the machine easily went through the dough with no.problems. if this machine breaks I would buy it again with no hesitation.

Bought this mixer for my mom in January and she has been using it ever since. The product is easy to use and it’s a good value, it has good power, it performs god also. No complaints thus far

I've been using a 7qt KitchenAid for years and I never knew it going out would be the best thing ever, this thing mixes with ease and there's also a timer function that automatically stops the mixer. This thing can handle so much with the smallest amount of effort. Worth everything

This is a solid unit, and it came with enough accessories to allows us to use it for just about any purpose. It was purchased to make batches of brownies for a retail location. With all of the add-ons included, we're looking at creating some other SKUs as well. It was packaged and shipped in a solid, screwed together box, well wrapped and padded. Very satisfied so far.

Great product . Strong sturdy recommend buying a stand. Mixes about 4 times faster than previous mixers .

I purchased the 15Q mixer for making artisan bread dough after quickly realizing that my Kitchen Aid is too small for my needs. The Vevor mixer is very solid and well made. There are three well made hooks, and I use the dough hook for my purposes. The mixing bowl is light weight and sturdy, which I appreciate a lot when cleaning. The dough comes out beautifully, and I am really impressed. Vevor could do a better job of identifying the three speeds, but once I figured out what the pictures mean, it wasn’t a problem at all. All in all, I love the Vevor 15Q mixer.

I am just learning to start a micro bakery, so I thought this machine would be a great starting point. Wow, this is a fantastic machine. After four months of usage, everything is working well for me. I use it two to three times a week, making about ten loaves for each use. I can't make 10 - 1 lb loaves, but I can do two sets with this machine. I have no other experience with other machines like this, but I am happy with my purchase choice.
