Overall, I like the VEVOR convection oven. The only issue I have, is the temperature control. It is not as accurate as it could be. I set a recipe for cooking, at 350 degrees, and the oven thermostat reads 325. All the readings seem to be at least 25 degrees lower than the oven setting. I do adjust for that, but it is a bit annoying. In my old convection oven, the readings were true. I just have to keep an eye on the cooking time, as some things seem to take at least 15 to 20 minutes longer.
