This is a great product!

So far I've only used the 3/8 size blade for chopping onions and cucumbers. Works well and I like how it comes completely apart for cleaning.

Very sturdy construction! Easy clean-up! Makes great fries just like In-n-Out!

Using both for a Restaurant and Personal, and the Employee's love it as the Old one was the Type they had to Slam down, so this is a lot easier on the Wrists and Hands.. Easy to disassemble and Clean.
